ALL OUR WHEELS ARE GUARANTEED 3 YEARS! Proud of the durability and reliability of our steel wheels, we offer a three-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty testifies to our confidence in the quality of our manufacturing methods and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use.  

COVERAGE AND TERMS OF THE 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

• Structural Coverage: any failure of the wheel structure (center, sail, bolt holes) resulting from a manufacturing defect.

• Loss of seal (air leak) caused by a manufacturing imperfection.

• Stress cracks not due to an impact.

• Radial or lateral runout greater than 0.008 in, measured prior to assembly and with no sign of impact.

NOT COVERED RISKS (EXCLUSIONS)

• Corrosion and Finishing: Surface rust, pitting, paint flaking or discoloration resulting from exposure to elements (salt, chemicals),
  of negligence or inadequate maintenance are not covered.

• External Damage: Any damage caused by road conditions (potholes), accidents, impacts, overload, misuse or not suggested.

• Installation: Damage caused by incorrect installation or due to the use of non-compliant hardware.

• Alterations: Modified, repaired or altered wheels.

• Sales "As Is": Products sold in liquidation with mention "as is".

CLAIM PROCESS FOR OUR RETAILERS 

In order to ensure efficient service, here is the procedure to follow for any warranty claim:

Initial Inspection 

It is the reseller’s responsibility to carry out a first inspection of the wheel returned by the consumer in order to validate if the problem meets the criteria covered by our warranty.

Required Documentation

If you deem the claim potentially valid, contact our customer service by providing:

• The number of your original purchase invoice with us.

• Clear and sharp photos of the alleged defect.

• A brief description of the problem reported by the client.
